En nuestra segunda sesión tuvimos como tema: el Paisaje.
Empezamos viendo un video en el cual nos explicaban como usar la acuarela para recrear un paisaje natural con pocos colores: siena tostada, amarillo y sus variaciones tonales.
En ese video se nos explicó cómo usar el pincel para crear texturas de cielos en atardecer, árboles y efectos de reflejos en el agua.

Además en esta clase vimos no solo que las tonalidades las obtendremos de los colores de las acuarelas, si no también de la ausencia de color; es decir, que consideraremos el color del papel también como un color más a usar. Vimos que podremos crear colores más claros, solo retirando el exceso de pimento con un papel toalla. Un ejemplo fue: envolver una moneda pequeña con papel toalla para retirar el exceso de pigmento solo en una zona circular, creando el efecto de la luna o el sol en el horizonte.
Después del video, el profesor hizo demostraciones de las técnicas y uso de los pigmentos y pinceles para crear un paisaje.
Finalmente cada alumno empezó a realizar un paisaje, el cual incentivó a la creatividad personal: creando paisajes interesantes en color, efectos de pinceles y tonalidades diversas.

In our second session, we had as theme: Landscape.
We started by watching a video in which we had the explanation about how to use watercolor to create a natural landscape with few colors: sienna toast, yellow and its tonal variations.
In that video, we were explained how to use the brush to create some sky’s textures in a sunset, trees, and effects of reflections on the water.

In addition, we saw how to obtained colors from the absence of it; we have to consider the color of paper also as a color to use.
We saw that we can create lighter colors, just removing the excess pigment with a paper towel. An example was: wrapping a small coin with a paper towel to remove excess pigment alone in a circular area, creating the effect of the moon on the sun on the horizon.
After the video, the teacher made demonstrations of the techniques and use of pigments and brushes to create a landscape.
Finally, each student began to paint a landscape, which encouraged their personal creativity: creating interesting landscapes in color, effects of brushes and different tonalities.
