Make!Do!; week4

Guest Speaker Tae Yoon Choi here to speak to the class about how he had used drawings as a tool to explain ideas, and as a teaching tool.

 

We did a quick practice during the last workshop —
We asked the students to think about something they can make, and then write up an instruction using drawings and short paragraphs,  and then give the instruction to the student sitting next to he/she so each of the student will have one instruction by another student, which he/she would bring home to make.  Our show and tell session today was used to show these quick projects that they made during the week and what do they think about the instruction they were receiving — were the instructions easy to follow?  Were drawings helpful? What are the key features that a good instructions should have?  Here’s a few project that the students made :
