Nung-Hsin Hu 胡農欣

Nung-Hsin Hu (胡農欣) is an artist and educator from Taiwan and currently works as the coordinator of the New New Yorkers Program. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Special Education at the National Hsinchu University of Education in Taiwan and her MFA in Fine Arts at Long Island University. As a multidisciplinary artist, Nung-Hsin’s artwork gravitates around sculpture, installation and video. She finds much interest in collaboration and currently coordinates and participates with the international video group Traffic Jam and Exquisite Corpse Video Project. She received the Jamaica Center for Arts and Learning’s Van Lier Fellowship, Taipei Artist Village’s Boundary-Break-Through Project Grant, and participated several residency programs in U.S., Brazil and Taiwan.
