Nung-Hsin Hu 胡農欣 is a Taiwanese born visual artist currently based in New York, and an art administrator who works primary in immigrant adult education and artist studio residency programs at the Queens Museum. Hu received her B.Ed in Special Education at National Hsinchu University of Education, Taiwan in 2003 and MFA at Long Island University in 2009. As a multidisciplinary artist Hu has been working in sculpture, installation, video, and performance and has exhibited both in the U.S. and abroad.

Hu has also received various grants and residency fellowships including the Jerome Foundation Travel and Study Grant, Queens Council on the Arts New Work Grant, Jamaica Center for Arts and Learning – Van Lier Fellowship, Taipei Artist Village – Boundary-Break-Through Project Grant, the Taiwan Ministry of Culture Art In Residency Grant, Taiwan, the Casa das Caldeiras residency in São Paulo, Brazil, the Taipei Artist Village residency in Taipei, the chashama  studio program in Brooklyn Army Terminal, the Lichtenberg Studios in Berlin, as well as the Arctic Circle Residency Program.
