In this single day workshop, we made Valentine’s cards. We used construction paper, scissors and glue sticks. First we learnt the structure of a simple “pop up” card with two sheets of paper (2 contrasting colors): one for the inside and the other for the outside of the card. We also
learn how to make the French Fold which is also a pop up card, but using only one sheet of paper. Later we added heart shapes. We decorated our cards as well, using Heart Shape stamps, Snow Flake stamps, and die cut shapes. This was a bilingual workshop. It was taught in
English and Spanish with translation in Chinese thanks to our fantastic Translator.
We all had fun making cards, they all came out beautiful.
